We hope you love our merchandise as much we do, but if for some reason you do not, we're here to help. Customers have 14 days for any and all exchanges with tags attached. Clothing must not be worn. You may either exchange your items or receive store credit. Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds. The buyer is responsible for shipment back to us. All sale or pre-order items are final. We are not responsible for packages lost via USPS, fedex, or UPS. Once a package leaves our hands it’s out of control. We highly suggest buying our shipping insurance (route). They refund or replace any missing or damaged items. We will not issue a refund if you have not purchased route. Our current ship times are 2-7 business days.
